Adv. Neha Wagh is an accomplished and erudite legal practitioner with over 21 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation. Her domain expertise spans a wide spectrum, including Corporate litigation, commercial litigation, property and real estate disputes, matrimonial and family law matters and proceedings before regulatory tribunals and statutory authorities. In parallel, she maintains a robust non-litigation portfolio comprising legal due diligence, drafting of transactional instruments, and conveyancing in real estate and corporate transactions.
She is actively engaged in legal practice before the High Court, District and Sessions Courts, Magistrate Courts, Family Courts, District and State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, Small Causes Court, and before various administrative forums including Registrars and Competent Authorities such as those under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act and Deemed Conveyance Rules.
Adv. Neha has served as panel counsel for several banking institutions, where she has issued legal opinions, title reports, and drafted loan and mortgage documentation, while advising on regulatory compliance, stamp duty, and registration formalities. Her academic affiliations include faculty positions at Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune, and Chembur Karnataka Law College, Mumbai, where she teaches advanced legal subjects at both LL.B. and LL.M. levels, including property law, civil procedure, evidence, and intellectual property law.

A prolific author, Mr. Wagh has authored about ten commentary books, several of which have become foundational texts for both practitioners and Hon'ble Judges. His publications include Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, Execution of Decrees (three editions), Commercial Courts Act, 2015, न्यायमंदिरात (six editions), पोलीस तपास प्रक्रिया, Digest of Case Laws , Electronic Evidence and many more.
Mr. Wagh is lead instructor in ATC (Advocate Training Course) and has delivered numerous lectures, workshops, and crash courses across Maharashtra on the Law of Evidence and other key legal topics.
